Please be sure to write the girls names on there dance shoes! I have had several NEW shoes left at the studio and I do not know who they belong to.

FUND RAISER

We are starting a fund raiser for anyone interested in some extra money to help pay for
practice outfits, shoes or even tuition. This is a very easy fund raiser to sell! We are selling Tony's PIzza. You sell them for $7.00 and your profit off every pizza is $1.50. I have order
forms at the studio or you can print one off of this page and make your own copies. The starting date is today (Oct. 8th) and you have until Tues. Oct. 28th to sell as many as you can. On or before Oct. 28th you will need to turn in all of your order forms along with ONE check for $5.50 per pizza sold. (Please be sure to write your name on the order forms and everyone you sell to MUST write there checks to you and then you write me just ONE check for your entire order. This way your profit is already taken out.) You will then need to pick up your pizzas at Tony's on Thurs. Nov. 6. I can not accept any late orders. I scheduled this 2 weeks ago and this was the earliest delivery date available.
