Fall Classes start on Tues. Sept 3rd. If you are in Monday Class it will start on Sept. 9th and they will still get 4 weeks in because there are 5 Mondays in Sept.
If they made competition team and are not sure what day they come please refer back to their email that was sent and look at the attachment. If they are still not sure please email me.

Swim Party
On Thurs Aug. 15th we will be having our annual Electric Youth swimming party! It will be at my Mom's house (white brick house just West of the Studio) from 12:00-2:00. If the girls cannot swim REALLY good then a parent will need to come swim with them. We have a new slide at the pool and it ends up in the deep end so please discus this with your kids so they know to not go down it or jump off of the diving board if they cannot swim. Life vests are highly recommended for those kids also. You are welcome to bring a treat to share if you would like. Please bring the kids on time and pick them up on time.
I understand this is the same day as auditions for our Competition Teams but they will not start until after 4:00. I cannot believe that summer is almost over :(

END OF SUMMER DANCE SCHEDULE
Because Weber County starts school on the 20th we will go back to night classes starting Tues. Aug. 20th. So if you come on Mondays you will stay in the A.M. for the 19th but Tues, Wed and Thurs. classes will go back to evenings, the same time you came throughout the winter. We will take off the week of Aug. 26th and then starting Sept. you will begin your new Fall schedule which everyone will get after auditions or if you are not trying out for Competition you will get notes next week.
If you have a little one that is in preschool that is dancing right now or would like to start dance (ages 3 and up) please email me there preschool schedule so I can get their classes going for the fall with no conflicts.

DISNEYLAND
The following are the due dates for everyone doing the Disneyland Performance
Dancers deposit due NOW
Aug. 14th - order costumes. I need all of the girls at the Studio on Monday Aug. 12 at 7:15 to be measured for the costumes.
Sept. 1st - All ticket money due.
Final payment due. Last day to add a dancer, but cost has gone up
Final date to make changes to your ticket order to avoid late fee.
Cut-off date for the following to be received by Dance the Magic:□ Disney/DTM Waiver Release forms for all dancers, directors & chaperones
□ Birth Certificates for all dancers age 6-8
□ Director/Chaperone Agreement forms (for your backstage credentials)
□ Studio Participation Agreement
I will be emailing everyone the above forms.
Oct. 11 - ticket come and we will begin rehearsals. I will send out a rehearsal schedule
Oct. 15th - cut off day to book your Disneyland Hotel
CLINICS AND AUDITIONS FOR COMPETITION TEAMS

4th-6th - 5:00-6:00
7th and up will come from 6:00-7:00
There is a $15.00 charge for all of the clinics and Audition. If you would like to purchase a CD with the music please send $2.00. Parents may come in a video the last 10 minutes of clinics.

SUMMER PRFORMANCES
We will be performing at the Weber County Fair on Wed. Aug. 7th. Be there all ready to perform at the McKay Dee Stage at 5:45 sharp!
On Sat. Aug. 10th we will be in the South Weber Days Parade and then perform at the park right after the parade. I will have the girls meet me at the line up, which is at the top of South Weber Dr. at 10:30 a.m. We will be on a trailer pulled by a Semi Truck on the East side of South Weber Dr. just North of the Apartments. Do not go up into the Olympic parking lot where everyone else lines up, we cannot fit the Semi up there so we stay on South Weber Dr. behind the Fire trucks. The girls can wear their summer shorts and tanks if they would like but please be sure to meet them at the park as soon as they get done so that they can change into their costumes. There are no dressing rooms so you will have to find a corner someplace. For you parents that do not have a place to watch the parade you can watch it from the Church on South Weber Dr. The Park is just west of the Church. I will take the girls behind the stage and that is where you can meet them to change into costumes. Please send the girls with candy to throw during the parade and a water bottle because it is hot!
