BUTTER BRAID FUNDRAISER

With costume deposit due we have started the Butter Braid fundraiser as of Nov. 19th I have order forms at the studio for everyone. You have until Dec. 4th to sell, then you will need to turn in your order form along with ONE check for $7.50 per braid sold by Dec. 5th. They will be delivered to the studio on Dec. 15th so everyone will have them before Christmas. You sell them for $12.00 and your profit is $4.50. We have sold these in the past and they do very well! It will be very easy for everyone to earn there Costume deposit and then some. If you have any questions please call me. Thanks!

FESTIVAL OF TREES PERFORMANCE (COMPETITION CLASSES)

We are performing at the Festival Of Trees on Friday Dec. 5th at 2:00 SHARP!! We will be performing on the large stage on the South side. The girls do not need tickets but parents do. You will take the girls to the check in table (in the foyer) at 2:00 and they will take you to our dressing room. I would like everyone to already have costumes on and hair done when you arive. If you have our team sweats you can wear them over the top of you costume. If you need to order sweats please let me know by Nov. 27th, I will order them on the 28th and we should get them by our Thurs. practice so you can wear them. I will collect them back after our performance so that I can get your names etc. one them before Christmas. Everyone will receive notes next week on how you are going to wear your hair and make-up. If you would like to buy discount tickets I have a few at the studio you can get from me.

Extra Practice for Festival of Trees

We will be having a extra practice at the South Weber Rec. Center on Thurs. Dec. 4th from 4:00-5:15. I would like this to be a dress rehearsal. We will be having regular classes that week also, but my Wed. 6:15 class will be coming on Mondays for the next 2 weeks at 6:15-8:30 instead of Wed. The girls all received note at our extra practice letting you know what costume you will be wearing for our Christmas show. If you did not get one please let me know.

BALLROOM DANCE CLASSES FOR COUPLES

We are starting our Ballroom dance class on Thurs. Nov. 13th at 7:15-8:15. You do not need to know how to dance, this is a beginner class! Your first week is free so grab a partner and come give it a try.

SWEATS FOR COMPETITION GIRLS

I will be ordering sweats for all competition girls on Monday Nov. 25th. They are similar to our previous sweats so if yours still fit you can use them. (These are not mandatory) The total cost for the sweats is $75.00. I need a check and your order form before Nov. 25th. Please print out the order form below and return it with a check before Nov. 25th. I will only be making one order so if you miss this one you will not have sweats for this year. They will make a great Christmas present so if you do not want the girls to know about them please let me know.

I need your next payment of $200.00 per person by Friday Nov. 14th. The remaining balance will be due on Monday Dec. 1st. I will be measuring the girls this week at Dancing and I need to turn in a rooming list by this Friday Nov. 14th. I will get the instructional DVD by the 1st of Dec. which means we will have to work really hard to get it all learned in a couple of weeks, but you girls are awesome and I know we can do it. Please plan on a rehearsal for Sat. Dec. 6th from 10:00-12:30. I have had a few people wondering where we will be staying and I do not know this yet. I will find out and let everyone know ASAP.
